Virginia Lawmakers Ignore Expert Testimony on the Pandemic Response

Make Virginia Healthy Again

The October 29th Pandemic Response and Preparedness Subcommittee hearing was pre-scripted. Tidal Basin Government Consulting lead, Michelle Barnett, kicked off the hearing with an overview of their “exhaustive” research and recommendations. This study read like a template from George Orwell’s 1984. The goal was to review the “best practices, strengths and areas for improvement for future needs.” I can see Winston hard at work rewriting history and making sure to delete anyone who deviated from the narrative. Forty-six “stakeholders” were identified and forty-seven interviews were conducted. The questions and responses were not made public to prevent any possible transparency. They reviewed 250 documents.

After requests from the Virginia Medical Freedom Alliance, Feds for Freedom and other organizations and persons advocating for medical freedom, the committee agreed to a survey of the public. However, the responses were made available only upon request rather than on Regulatory Town Hall. Regulatory Town Hall is the customary site/source of information about proposed changes to Virginia's regulations, including a meetings calendar and board minutes. This allows for transparency. 429 responses were recorded, however, this survey was not promoted or advertised by any member of the committee, any member of the General Assembly or any member of the Executive Branch. Hear no evil. See no evil. Speak no evil.

The cost to taxpayers: over $400,000.

Forty pages of recommendations were made public including recommendations to pre-write executive orders. Pre-written orders without any knowledge of the type of emergency and the risks involved? This should be alarming. Public debate? Public involvement? It looks like the role of the Governor is to simply dictate rather than work for the people. (Please note Governor Youngkin did not agree to this. This is simply the recommendations from the committee.)

Among the recommendations was the request for more Subject Matter Experts. Virginia had SMEs. Lots of them. They were treating patients preventing them from entering the death traps of dictated protocols in hospitals. They were rescuing patients from the hospitals. Dr. Paul Marik at Sentara’s Norfolk General Hospital was fired for speaking the Truth. Not only did they fire him, they black-balled him by reporting him to National Physician Data Base as a dangerous physician. Sentara and the corrupt hospital protocol that was killing people was exposed and that might jeopardize the federal bribery money. Thus, firing a physician who was saving lives was critical to the scheme. The hospitals made a choice: facilitate death to get millions of dollars or act in accordance with the Hippocratic Oath and the Nuremberg code. Sadly, they chose the former.

If pandemics occur every 100 years or so, why the urgency to make immediate protocols and implement structural changes that will not be applicable in 100 years. This is not to say reviewing what occurred is not important. To the contrary, it is vitally important. Mistakes were made. People died or were gravely harmed. People continue to suffer from Long Covid or Vaccine Injury. Perhaps, this committee could review the harms done to the people and vow never to commit these abhorrent errors again. Unfortunately, but predictably, most of these committee members were committed to totalitarian control of the people and want to review all errors so that next time they will achieve 100% compliance.

Senator G. Hashmi was disturbed by lack of input from “higher education.” However, Tara Dickerson-Anderson from Virginia State University and Jennifer Siciliano from UVA Health are on the panel, but clearly that was not enough. Sen. Hashmi was willing to seek responses from higher education and add them to the database. However, is Sen. Hashmi willing to look at the Nuremberg Code? Is she willing to recognize that bribery and coercion are not part of the Nuremberg Code? College students were told to compile or be expelled. They were forced to vaccinate or test. They were forced to mask.

UVA threw religious exemptions out the window and has faced or is facing multiple lawsuits. Praise God, those harmed by unscientific, unethical practices are winning. However, millions of our tax dollars are being spent to defend UVA. Shame on A.G. Miyares. Can A.G. Miyares acknowledge the harms done, the violations of the Constitution by UVA and countless Universities and government agencies?

I am sure Sen. Hashmi as well as the Executive Branch will continue ignore the students who were vaccine injured, those who left school or lost scholarships because they did not comply with mandates. Are they blinded by willful ignorance and thirst for power? Sen. Hashmi has a record of complete disregard for the value of human life. Will she now force through the Medical Assistance In Dying legislation in order to kill those suffering from Vaccine Injury and Long Covid?

The committee was not interested in the health and well being of the men, women and children of the Commonwealth. Not one measure of health outcomes or measure of learning loss was included in this report. They spent pages discussing the mental health of those working in government offices and “healthcare.” They failed to recognize or completely disregarded that the lockdowns of churches, schools and business would have repercussions. They failed to recognized that the directives at both the state and federal level tore families and friends apart. Those fractures to the unity of our communities continues to this day. They fail to recognize the destruction caused by directives to turn neighbor against neighbor. “Please report neighbors who host the holidays with too many family or friends.”

Tidal Basin followed their directives. Only providing the necessary information and not the Truth. In the countless pages of fluff, they failed to recognize that the life expectancy in these United States of America has dropped from 78 to 74 years. This is not because grandma and grandpa are dying. This is because our young people are dying. They did not mention the TURBO CANCERS in the 14-44 age range. They did not mention sudden cardiac and vascular injury and death, neurologic injury, or infertility. These are only the tip of the iceberg of the over 1400 serious side effects from the Covid-19 shots. The shots have resulted in a tsunami of deaths and injuries.

The shots for Covid-19 continue to be pushed by the Virginia Department of Health. When you go to the VDH website and click on Covid vaccines, you are immediately redirected the CDC website. This is the mechanism in which the VDH divests itself of any responsibility for informed consent and the risk of injury for toxic injections. The CDC says get the shot and VDH simply follows their guidelines. Why are we paying VDH when they simply parrot the CDC? Other states and other countries are questioning the narrative, looking at the data and stopping these toxic shots. Listen to testimony below.

Florida’s Surgeon General, Dr. Ladapo, penned a letter to the CDC expressing his concerns about DNA fragments in the vaccines, including the findings of cancer promoting sequences from Simian Virus 40, a known cancer causing viral sequence. Florida no longer promotes the vaccine. However, the VDH continues to promote the toxic shot to pregnant mothers, children 6 months of age and older and anyone willing to get in line. Please ask your healthcare provider about how much they are paid per vaccine. What is the percentage goal for vaccines in the practice in order to obtain a bonus?

VDH will not retract its letter of November 2021 condemning the use of ivermectin in the treatment of Covid-19. Most pharmacies in Virginia will not dispense ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine for Covid treatment, nor will they recommend the use of supplements or other nutraceuticals in the prevention and treatment of Covid-19.

The VDH is willing to acknowledge a condition called “Long Covid,” however, they are unaware of any treatment available. I am sure they are not following the work of the FLCCC or Dr. Peter McCullough or scores of other doctors who are in the business of healing patients not protecting big pharma and are treating Long Covid and vaccine injury.
